Direct deposit giving
It may take up to 6 business days for giving made from your banking account (ACH gifts) to be successfully processed by most banking institutions. As a result, these direct deposit gifts may take up to 7 total business days to show up in your BibleProject account's giving history. However, after a week, you should see the gift in the Giving History section of your account on the website or app.
Not sure if your gift went through?
If you've potentially submitted a gift more than once because it wasn't immediately viewable, we recommend contacting your bank immediately to stop the duplicate pending transactions, since we cannot stop currently pending payments at your banking institution. If your bank is unable to stop payment, let us know so we can refund the amount after it is processed successfully.
