When will my order arrive?

When to expect your order

To see detailed shipping specifics for your order, locate the Shipping Confirmation email, which includes a tracking number that shows your parcel’s location and delivery date status.

US Orders
Domestic orders are shipped using USPS Standard Shipping and will typically arrive within 5-10 business days.

If you place a bulk order, delivery may take up to three weeks.

International Orders
International orders typically take 4-6 weeks for delivery. 

Pre-order items

We plan to ship pre-ordered items within 4-6 weeks after its pre-sale period ends. However, credit/debit card transactions for pre-ordered items will be processed at the time of initial purchase, not when pre-ordered items are shipped.

Peak holiday shipping information

Due to the increase in orders we receive during the end of the year around the holidays, here are some helpful details to keep in mind.

To guarantee delivery by Christmas, order cutoffs are:

• Domestic shipping: December 16, 2024 by 11:59PM CST
• International shipping: December 1, 2024 by 11:59PM CST

Any orders placed after these deadlines may still arrive by Christmas, but we cannot guarantee their delivery.

Thumb Drive Orders

Since thumb drives are shipped from our headquarters, shipping will be affected by our office holidays. This applies to thumb drives only. Other items will be shipped separately and will not be impacted by these dates.

• Thanksgiving thumb drive orders: Orders placed from November 22, 2024 through December 1, 2024 will be shipped out on December 2, 2024.
• Christmas thumb drive orders: Orders placed December 20, 2024 through January 1, 2025 will shipped out on January 2, 2025.
