Reporting lost packages
US Orders
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks of your initial order, we recommend going to the nearest USPS Post Office location to report a missing package, using the tracking number from the Order Confirmation email. You can open a USPS Help Request through the online form here.
International Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks, and there’s no information available on your tracking number (go here to check on international deliveries), we recommend going to your nearest local package courier location with the tracking number you received in the Order Confirmation email.
