Having trouble accessing your active monthly gift?
If you're logged in to your account and don't see your monthly giving in the Active Subscriptions section under the Account tab, it's likely associated with a different email address.
Finding the email address associated with your gift
If you receive receipts or emails connected to your current monthly gift at a different email address other than the one used for your BibleProject account, you can still add it on the Account page (seen below):
Note: You will need to have current access to any additional email addresses added, in order to receive a confirmation email to link it with your website account.
No longer have access to your old email address?
If you no longer have access to this particular account associated with your monthly gift, and need us to manually verify and link it to your current account, let us know through the Contact Us form on our Support page.
