Having trouble finding your active monthly giving?
If you're signed in to your BibleProject account and don't see your monthly giving in the Active Subscriptions section under the Account tab, it's likely associated with a different email address. Here are some places where your giving might be located:
- A different email address that was in use when you first created a recurring gift
- The Apple Private Relay (or Hide My Email) email option was selected when first establishing a gift via Apple Pay (to find the Private Reply email address, go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Private Relay)
How to add another email address to your current BibleProject account
If you receive giving receipt emails at an email address different from your BibleProject account email address, you can add it to your current account on the Account page (seen below):
Note: You will need to have current access to any additional email addresses added in order to receive a confirmation email that links it with your current website account.
No longer have access to your old email address?
If you no longer have access to this particular account associated with your monthly gift, and need us to manually verify and link it with your current account, let us know through the Contact Us form on our Support page.
