Organizations share courses with Learners via Sessions, which allow orgs to offer multiple versions of a course with distinct timelines, groups, and community features.
Learners can discover and join Sessions of a Course in a few different ways:
By exploring your organization’s Learn.Bible site
Unless a course is marked as hidden, it will be discoverable in the org’s course catalog. Anyone who visits the site can access the course page, view its description, preview the course outline, and register for any public Session of the course
Adding learners through the direct link to a course page
Organizations can link directly to a course page or Session from their own website or share it with their Learner audience via a Slack channel, group email, or other communication.
To copy the direct link to a course page, navigate to the courses list in the backend, click the three-dot menu to the right of any course, then choose Copy Link. Once users land on the course page, they will be able to view its description, preview the course outline, and register for any public Session.
Note: Sharing the direct link to a course page is a great way to invite Learners to a course that is marked as hidden from the catalog but has multiple public Sessions to choose from. Sessions that are set to hidden or private will not be visible on the course page. For these Sessions, use one of the next two options.

Invite Learners to a Session via email
Admin users and Session Leaders can invite Learners to a specific Session via email. This is the only way to add Learners to a Private Session.
To extend an invite, navigate to the Learners section of the Session backend through the left-hand menu or Session setup checklist.
Then select Invite Learners at the top right.
In the query bar, enter the email addresses of the Learners you wish to invite, separating each address with a comma. Click invite to send.
Learners will receive an email with options to accept or decline the invitation. Clicking accept will prompt them to create an account or log in. Once they do so, they will land on the Session’s Learner Dashboard.
